Your tasks

The start in the accounts receivable area offers the opportunity to get to know the processes and functions of our finance area in order to be able to actively shape these in the target area of project management finance. Therefore, it is important to us that the start is made in the area of accounts receivable and with the acquired tools the transition to project management is completed step by step.
  • Intensive introduction to the processes of finance and accounting
  • Responsibility for a customer group, posting incoming payments, processing credit notes and complaints as well as complete receivables management
  • Active exchange with sales and customer
  • Expansion of automation in the LAPP Group
  • Responsibility for global process consulting and optimization in the Finance area with S/4 HANA
  • Interface between Finance and IT
  • Co-responsibility for complete project phases from blueprint creation, functional acceptance of new system-supported processes to the implementation of rollouts and subsequent user trainings
  • Regular communication of status reports to project participants and stakeholders

Your profile

  • Completed business apprenticeship or commercial studies
  • Experience in finance and accounting, ideally with project experience
  • A very good understanding of processes and global economic contexts
  • Strong analytical skills and very good problem solving skills for complex problems
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, a high level of teamwork and a sense of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as SAP, ideally already S/4 HANA
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, determination, solution-oriented thinking
