Your tasks

  • Independently preparing, following up and conducting meetings of senior management
  • Supporting the Executive Board office by independently completing operational and strategic tasks
  • Creation and preparation of documents, presentations, etc.
  • Independent implementation of special tasks as a driving force to relieve the workload of the Executive Board
  • Support in the organization of events
  • Other administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Commercial training or business studies / academic training
  • Confident and friendly appearance, loyalty and discretion
  • Experience in conducting workshops and appointments and in dealing with people, as well as communication skills and the ability to work in a team 
  • 2 - 3 years of professional experience in the assistance area of an internationally operating, medium-sized company
  • Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility 
  • Experienced handling of MS-Office 
  • Very good knowledge of English
