Your tasks

  • Development and support of internal business partners
  • Design the organizational, procedural and cultural transformation strategically and operationally
  • Achievement of challenging goals and sustainable changes
  • Analyze and understand value systems and (cross-interface) processes
  • Develop target states and strategies
  • Deriving the corresponding LOS (Lapp Operating System) roadmap and accompanying the implementation
  • Identify bottlenecks, deviations and potential for improvement and derive sustainable measures
  • Implementation of value stream analyzes and Kaizen events and ensuring sustainable customer and company-relevant results
  • Support of internal business partners in shop floor management to achieve measurable, continuous and sustainable improvements in effectiveness and efficiency
  • Operationally guide employees through the change and improvement process
  • Establishing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Development of internal business partners for the independent and successful implementation of LOS workshops and LOS projects
  • Further development of LOS methods, principles, standards, culture and training
  • Promotion of the LOS knowledge exchange between the societies

Your profile

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable degree and several years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of lean management and extensive practical experience in this area
  • Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, initiative, high social skills, structured way of working
  • Project and moderation experience
  • Fluent Business English and strong intercultural competence
