Your tasks
The Customer Insight Analyst supports our digital business by transforming platform and analytics data into actionable insights. The role focuses on understanding customer behavior, improving digital experiences, and providing intuitive dashboards for data driven decision-making across the organization.
As a Customer Insight Analyst, you review various data types to understand how customers engage when accessing an online platform or service. This role supports the digital business by translating complex behaviour data into actionable insights that shape our digital strategy, innovation, and customer experience. Through deep analysis of digital usage patterns, the Customer Insight Analyst helps optimize our platform experience, enhances value creation, and drives measurable business outcomes across the entire digital customer lifecycle.
Tasks:
- Build automated dashboards, that highlight key digital KPIs and support fast business decisions
- Analyse customer interactions across all digital channels—platform usage, web engagement, and digital journeys
- Identify friction points in digital workflows and propose improvements to enhance conversion, adoption, and retention
- Continuously monitor digital business trends, self service preferences, and digital commerce shifts
- Build and refine segmentation models based on digital maturity, digital adoption patterns, engagement behaviour, industry, and value potential.
- Consult and drive key stakeholders to perform actions derived from data insights.
Your profile
- University's Degree in area of Marketing, Economy od Data Analyst as preferred
- Strong and proven experience in data/market analyst, marketing, digital, customer insights roles
- Strong capability in data modelling and visualization using e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools (citizen developer)
- Ability to interpret existing dashboards and datasets and identify meaningful insights
- Skills and experience with digital analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Determination to use data for delivering best in class customer experiences
- Fluency in English language
