Your tasks

  • Development of innovative processes in the automotive sector, taking into account economic efficiency, the highest quality standards, state-of-the-art technologies and occupational safety
  • Maintaining and managing master data in SAP and providing production documents for production
  • Definition and specification of process parameters 
  • Creation of specifications and procurement of production equipment in collaboration with the equipment development department 
  • Validation and integration of new manufacturing processes into production processes
  • Optimization of existing production processes as part of lean management and continuous improvement (CIP)
  • Creation and maintenance of automotive-specific documents, including FMEA, control plans and process flow diagrams
  • Taking over sub-project management for the introduction of new projects
     

Your profile

  • Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable training with a specialization in production / production technology 
  • Sound professional experience in production support and process development
  • Good knowledge of the automotive environment and project work
  • FMEA basic training is desirable
  • Experience in cable assembly is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP as well as general software affinity
  • Sound knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working, good communication and team skills, flexibility
