Your tasks

  • Design and implementation of new service offerings and related business processes in the eShop area in the context of our digital platform (portal, configurator and eShop).
  • Continuous identification of business opportunities (e.g. through data analysis, UX studies, market trends)
  • Continuous improvement of the multi-channel strategy, deriving strategies and actions together with the different sales departments
  • Define and develop reporting frameworks for measuring, benchmarking and analyzing e-commerce data, taking into account different customer journeys
  • Ensuring a close relationship with all business process owners and stakeholders in Lapp's international markets
  • Manage external agencies, third party vendors and business partners to continuously optimize the customer experience
  • Contribute to the definition and ongoing evaluation of data and analytics roadmaps and KPIs and role as end-to-end business process & data evangelist, as subject matter expert on industry trends, advancements and best practices

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, marketing or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, eCommerce & direct marketing
  • Sound knowledge of current IT technology trends, business & IT architecture and data management in the digital marketing & sales environment
  • International team player with self-confidence, initiative, continuous improvement, enthusiasm for business processes and intercultural communication skills
  • Independent customer- and result-oriented way of working
  • Very good knowledge of project management
  • Solid experience with agile working methods
  • Business fluent in German and English
