Do you want to be a strategic business partner and consultant for all HR development relevant topics regarding sales? Then live your passion in a role where you will design, manage and execute sales trainings in consideration of the overall corporate strategy.

Your tasks

  • Create instructional concepts and implement globally
  • Develop and execute virtual and instructor-led international programs and trainings in the area of sales and partner with sales/business departments to understand needs & develop supporting trainings
  • Embed key elements of the LAPP Sales Effectiveness Program in training agenda
  • Conduct On-site/virtual training of sales representatives in selected countries
  • Manage existing external sales training partners
  • Design a multi-year roadmap to internalize existing sales training programs and design a strategy for the sales training within the LAPP group
  • Build and manage a global team of sales trainers
  • Design and apply standardized skill assessment tools as well as continuously drive & monitor regular training follow-up
  • Work with the local Management & HR teams to design a "Competence Assessment" for the sales team members.
  • Manage the Budget for the "Global Trainings" for the sales team members
  • Be an "Internal Coach" to the sales managers and support them to be coaches for their sales team members
  • To expand the initialization of the train the trainer program

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with focus on sales, consulting, training or similar or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in a multinational company
  • Experience in successfully developing, leading and managing sales training
  • Strategic thinking that can distill broad visions and business needs into structured training programs with measurable metrics
  • Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, possess a high level of self-motivation, and have an excellent work ethic
  • A combination of training, project management, sales enablement, must have experience in implementing sales methodologies
  • Coaching experience advantageous
  • Strong communicative skills, ability to consider the view and the interests of other persons, intercultural competencies as well as problem solving abilities and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, German or further language advantageous
  • Willingness for business travel of 25–30%
