Your tasks

  • Responsibility for all topics relating to internal and external personnel marketing
  • Planning and implementation of personnel marketing measures. This includes measures for employee retention and -communication, introductory events, career fairs & events, maintenance of career portals & business networks as well as design of the career site
  • In addition to the expansion of existing measures, your area of responsibility will also include the development and implementation of innovative concepts with regard to personnel marketing and recruiting
  • A special focus is on the development of cooperations with universities
  • Further projects such as outdoor advertising, an employer film, the further development and support of social media channels as well as the development of an active sourcing strategy round off your exciting field of activity

Your profile

  • University degree with focus on marketing and/or human resources or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in marketing or personnel marketing desirable
  • High IT affinity as well as excellent communication and enthusiasm skills
  • Innovative and future-oriented thinking and acting as well as openness for new methods
  • Distinct creativity as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Solid German and English language skills
