Your tasks

  • Assumption of responsibility for a sales region in Central Germany, with a team in the field and significant turnover
  • Support of existing customers, implementation of the planned growth strategy through consistent market development and acquisition of new customers
  • Expansion of solution-oriented sales, development of new market segments and expansion of the system business
  • As the first point of contact, you will personally look after important key customers and ensure the successful realisation of projects
  • You will report directly to the EVP DACH, whom you will also support in the context of close cooperation on strategic issues with the goal of sustainable and profitable growth

Your profile

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering and/or business administration
  • Several years of management experience with proven success in the sale of technical products requiring explanation, ideally in medium-sized industrial companies.
  • You are personally convincing due to your reliability, ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality
  • Flexibility, assertiveness, communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to think and act in an entrepreneurial way, the ability to make decisions and personal stability round off your profile, as do a business-fluent command of English and the willingness to travel
