Your Tasks

  • Supervising and training new staff in the order to cash process, including setup customer master data, billing management, cash applications, and collections management
  • Conducting periodic audits of order to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Analyzing and reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to order to cash activities
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues
  • Participating in the development and implementation of new procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to order to cash activities
    Posting of incoming payments

Your Profile

  • Higher education – preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance
  • Min. 1 - 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting/finance i.e. accountreceivable in an international environment (Professional experience in the field of in SSC will be appreciated)
  • Good English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher)
  • Other European language as optional
  • Skilled in MS Office package (Excel)
  • Good knowledge of SAP SD/FI module
  • Analytical skills
  • Process transition & optimization skills desired
  • Willingness to develop
  • Communication skills
  • Outside the box thinking and continuous improvement mindset
