Your tasks

  • Supporting the management of Lapp GmbH Kabelwerke in the implementation of the corporate strategy
  • Coordinate and manage projects based on the corporate strategy
  • Implementing Lean Management methods and standards within the framework of the Lapp Operation System (LOS) in projects
  • Supporting the management in identifying and initiating activities for process optimization as well as developing concepts for the implementation of optimization potentials
  • Measuring and analyzing the sustainability of projects by using appropriate key figures
  • Close cooperation with management and interdepartmental partners

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial studies or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with project management methods such as IPMA, PRINCE2, PMBOK
  • Experience with Lean Management methods
  • Experience of moderation and presentation methods
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office applications as well as very good English skills
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working, sense of responsibility, high commitment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, organizational talent
