Your tasks

  • Implementation of the new CAFM / IWMS software (Planon - Universe) and mobile applications
  • Organization of data acquisition with external service providers as well as data maintenance of data from various sources (Excel, databases, CAD plans, etc.)
  • Maintenance and further development of the system for our building operations in Germany and abroad as well as the mobile applications
  • Implementation of the standardization and optimization of facility management and (ongoing) processes
  • Creation of a documentation and CAD guideline with the new CAFM / IWMS software
  • Interface function to the software for questions and requirements
  • Contact person for questions and concerns of users
  • Internal coordination with the departments involved (e.g. IT department, real estate)
  • Participation in further digitization initiatives in the facility management of the LAPP Group

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of facility management, industrial engineering, supply engineering, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable course with a specialization in facility management or comparable education
  • First professional experience in facility management is desirable
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations, technical rules, ordinances and standards
  • Experience in dealing with IT systems (especially CAFM / IWMS, CAD, SAP)
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications
  • Committed, team and customer-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Willingness to take part in ongoing training, especially in the area of ​​digitization of facility management
