Your tasks

  • Independent processing of accounts receivable for a fixed national and international customer base within the Financial Shared Service Center Germany
  • Digital post-processing of incoming customer payments  
  • Credit assessment with autonomous credit decisions  
  • Efficient collection management through proactive customer contact and system-supported dunning process  
  • Close coordination with upstream and downstream interfaces in the Order-2-Cash process  
  • Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (according to HGB as well as IFRS)
  • Permanent process optimization and active further development of automation
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business studies or business apprenticeship; ideally with further training as a balance sheet accountant
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB/IFRS
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Confident handling of SAP ideally with S4/HANA
  • Very good analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working
