Your tasks

Supporting the business units with issues in the daily mainly SAP operation, standardizing and an ongoing development of processes as well as a proactively participation in shaping sustainable solutions for the future.

  • Support SAP S/4 standards within the environment of the SD module and neighboring areas, like add ons or systems.
  • Participation in rollouts and upgrade projects (national/international).
  • Supporting the business units in trainings.
  • Documentation of template processes as well as local developments.
  • Maintaining in-house developments and enhancements of LAPP as well as their permanent development and optimization in the SD module.
  • Collaboration with external service providers and developers and their coordination.
  • Compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • According to defined guidelines of the applicable Service Level Agreements, Corporate Directives and Process Instructions of IT-Services.

Your profile

  • Successful completion of a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable professional degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in supporting SAP S/4 SD module including customizing.
  • Process knowledge in the SAP SD module an related interfaces (add-ons, modules, systems).
  • Understanding of business processes in OTC.
  • ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent English required.
