Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the ongoing improvement of the customer data quality within the LAPP group as well as securing the adherence of the defined standards
  • Preparation of data quality reports, implementation of related processes and definition of the requirements for the global system landscape
  • Development and implementation of concepts for the structuring, maintenance and optimization of essential, company-wide customer data
  • Identification and administration of requirements from different stakeholders, evaluation of potential improvements
  • Function as an interface between the departments and IT
  • Consultation, training and support of the systems users worldwide
  • Contribution to a more transparent and consistent view of our customers
  • Realization of data cleansing projects within the scope of the global governance structure
  • Challenge of consisting work content and continuous determination of improvement possibilities
  • Preparation of analyses and evaluations to monitor the data quality
  • Guarantee the adherence of data protection laws and requirements
  • Support with the implementation of an interdisciplinary, automized process for creating and administration of customer profiles

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business studies, business informatics or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in data administration (customer master data, sales data, finance data or similar)
  • Experience with customer data, ERP and master data management, ideally SAP S/4HANA
  • Fluent in English and very good knowledge in German in connection with a well-marked communication competence
  • High level of diligence and accurateness paired with a high level of team spirit and a hands-on mentality
