Your tasks

  • Control of the strategy process for the development, adaptation and implementation of the corporate strategy for the LA EMEA region on the basis of global strategic goals
  • Identification and analysis of strategic growth areas, customer needs and market trends for consideration in further strategic development
  • Coordination of departmental goals, planning processes and resource allocation with regard to the overall strategic planning
  • Review of the success of the implementation and implementation on an international and local level, as well as direct reporting to the CEO and upper management
  • Methodical preparation and moderation of strategy workshops with upper management

Your profile

  • Completed master’s degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, MBA or doctorate is desirable
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting or a similar area, as well as experience in project management
  • Experience in dealing with Hoshin Kanri or comparable methods as a central planning and control system as well as in the area of ​​M&A (including post-merger integrations, PMI) is an advantage
  • Broad knowledge of current trends and developments in the market and relevant industries
  • Strategic and analytical way of thinking, organizational talent, focus on problem solving
  • Very good communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Professional handling and experience in relation to the preparation and moderation of workshops
