Your tasks

  •  You will be responsible for monitoring, controlling and steering suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and delivery targets
  • For this purpose, you will support the supplier selection process together with our lead buyer organization and the quality management department
  • You carry out potential analyses at suppliers (on-site / virtual) 
  • You will ensure that all supplier approval requirements are met and maintained prior to the start of series deliveries
  • You are responsible for the development and monitoring of quality-relevant key figures for suppliers
  • In addition, you are entrusted with the conclusion of and compliance with quality assurance agreements with and by suppliers
  • Finally, you will carry out supplier development projects and thus ensure the expected supplier performance
  • In your position you will report directly to our Senior Supplier Quality Manager

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a technical or commercial degree or have a technical or commercial apprenticeship
  • You have already gained at least three years of experience in purchasing and/or quality management in a comparable position
  • In addition, you have a sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint,...)
  • Due to the necessary supplier visits you bring along an international willingness to travel of approx. 50 percent
  • Due to the necessary internal and external communication you have business fluent German and English skills
  • Finally, you convince through your communicative nature, your assertiveness and your ability to work under pressure.
