Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the Logistics Process and System Integration team
  • With your team at the Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart sites, you will form the interface between our operational logistics centres and our IT, Lapp Service GmbH
  • Your responsibilities within the team include the following Advising the logistics process owners on system requirements as well as planning, coordination, implementation, acceptance and follow-up of technical system projects
  • Close cooperation with neighbouring areas such as sales, purchasing, material management and others
  • Taking over the "Business" sub-project management in the Logistics centre Ludwigsburg expansion project and the associated SAP EWM implementation
  • Monitoring and tracking of project progress
  • Coordination of upcoming functional and integration tests and training courses
  • Managing the collaboration between different areas and adherence to cost, quality and deadline targets
  • Strategic development and support of the team transformation in terms of system, processes, location and responsibilities

Your profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training or studies in a commercial or IT environment
  • Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience in project management, ideally in an IT or logistics environment
  • Ideally experience in employee management and development
  • Professional experience in SAP logistics processes desirable
  • Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications and user knowledge of SAP
  • Structured, goal-orientated and analytical working style
  • Enthusiasm, perseverance and a hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a keen interest in working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong compromise and conflict resolution skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
