Your tasks
- Leading the order management team, monitoring and developing team performance
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with process standards and regulations
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Preparing and analysing reports related to data processing
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to processing
- Participating in the development and implementation to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to data processing
- Communication with senior management and maintaining the excellent relationships with the stakeholders
- Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope
- Participation in the transition processes and guiding the team on the best practices
Your profile
- Higher education in the field of study: Business Management, Economics, Administration is preferrable
- Min. 3 years of work experience in the field of order management, sales/customer operations etc. (SSC/BPO experience is perferrable)
- Previous leadership/team management experience
- Highly skilled in MS Office package (Excel, Power Point)
- Good knowledge of SAP MM/FI and/or SAP SD module
- Excellent English knowledge (B2 and higher)
- Good command of the German language
- Analytical skills
