Your tasks

  • Leading the order management team, monitoring and developing team performance
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with process standards and regulations
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Preparing and analysing reports related to data processing
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to processing
  • Participating in the development and implementation to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to data processing
  • Communication with senior management and maintaining the excellent relationships with the stakeholders
  • Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope
  • Participation in the transition processes and guiding the team on the best practices

Your profile

  • Higher education in the field of study: Business Management, Economics, Administration is preferrable
  • Min. 3 years of work experience in the field of order management, sales/customer operations etc. (SSC/BPO experience is perferrable)
  • Previous leadership/team management experience
  • Highly skilled in MS Office package (Excel, Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM/FI and/or SAP SD module
  • Excellent English knowledge (B2 and higher)
  • Good command of the German language
  • Analytical skills
  • Process transition and optimization skills desired
  • Willingness to develop self and others
  • Communication skills
