How to apply at LAPP?

Please apply only online if possible. It’s necessary to provide detailed information in the application form, to get a precise impression of your qualifications and interests. Your online application will get a personal touch with an individual cover letter. Please attach informative documents like your CV, certificates etc.
It’s possible to upload your documents with a size of maximum 7MB in following formats: COD, PDF, JPG, TNP, GIF.

What to do, if I’m interested in more than one vacancy?

Please apply separately for each job, to ensure a quick and simple processing. It’s important to upload one application for each job.

What is happening with my data?

By entering the data and sending the application, the system will automatically set up a profile. The data is stored in our applicant database. After sending the online application, a user name and a password will be generated which allows access to the data at any time.

Does it increase the chance of an application if the applicant calls?

No, questions about the application process or the vacant position are welcome. All other questions will be clarified during the job interview. A call has no influence on the application or decision process.

I can't find a suitable position. Can I also send an unsolicited application?

Of course we are happy to receive unsolicited applications. Please also use our online applicant portal for this purpose.

How does the onboarding proceed?

New employees receive an initial training plan. This is drawn up by the respective specialist department. In addition, new employees are assigned a mentor. There is also an onboarding event for new employees, which is a 3-day training with many interesting contents, lectures and guided tours.
