Your tasks

  • Develop and implement account plans to grow the business and SoW within the district
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and positioning strategies.
  • Identify high potential customers & find the right contacts within the company to introduce our products & services. 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand key customers’ needs and requirements
  • Ensure that the sales and opportunity funnel is in line with the sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to expand SoW by introducing additional products or services 
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Represent the company at customer events and conferences
  • Maintain customer information (data) in CRM Systems

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication skills to understand and address clients' needs, deliver persuasive sales pitches, capture the attention of potential client, provide support  and handle any issues or concerns = Consultative selling and understand customer needs (customer voice)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the company's products and services
  • CRM usage is essential
  • Solution selling skills
  • Selling center expertise à buying center understanding
  • English + local language
  • Technical know-how to open discussions for design-in
