Your tasks
- Processing of activities related to customer orders, cash alocation, cash collection and other activities related to order to cash, processing of activities related to procure-to-pay (finance) including invoice processing, accounts payable management, travel and expense process and procedures and other activities related to procure-to-pay (finance).
- Reviewing and approving customer master data.
- Analyzing and reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Conducting periodic audits of order to cash procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to procure to pay and/or order to cash process.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to accounting activities.
- Communication with management regarding the status of accounting activities and any concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to the accounting processes.
- Performing tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting processes.
- Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work (for specific country and process activity).
- Effective and compliant utilization of available IT tools and technology in order to maximize the process efficiency.
- Supporting the team of Junior Specialists on-the-job including providing guidance and training to the staff.
- Participation in the projects related to knowledge transfer and deployment of new technology.
- Initiation and support to process improvement initiatives to streamline procedures and increase efficiency.
- Support in preparation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Your profile
- Higher education – preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance.
- Experience in the field of accounting/finance in an international environment (Professional experience in the field of SSC) will be appreciated.
- Good English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher), any other European language as a asset.
- Good knowledge of SAP/ERP systems Skilled in MS Office package (Excel).
- Process transition & optimization skills desired.
- Proactiveness and continuous improvement mindset.
- Attention to details & focus on Customer experience.
