Your tasks
- Management of sales activities for the EV Ecosystem across the LAPP Group and direct support for major customers
- Function as a subject matter expert for the EV Ecosystem and support internal stakeholders
- Key account management for major OEMs and contractors in the charging infrastructure sector
- Identification and development of new business opportunities in the field of e-mobility and charging infrastructure
- Analysis of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment to identify opportunities and risks
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and networks with key players in the EV Ecosystem and e-mobility industry
- Supporting the sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies and independently implementing these measures
- Collaboration with the Research & Development, Production, and Marketing departments to develop and launch new e-mobility products
- Conducting contract negotiations with customers and partners, including the preparation and presentation of offers
- Regular reporting on the progress and results of business development activities
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in business development with experience in EV Ecosystem, E-Mobility, EV Charging industry
- Degree in business administration, engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Deep understanding of e-mobility technologies and their applications in the industry, charging infrastructure as well as an extensive network in the industry
- Strong ability to develop and successfully implement long-term business strategies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a goal-oriented and assertive personality
- Experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an international environment
- High willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
