Your tasks

  • Contact person for questions relating to production, inventory and sales controlling for the management team of Lapp Systems GmbH
  • Collaboration in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and budgets as well as their analysis and commentary, including communication with external and internal auditors as required
  • Preparation and commentary of reports and forecasts, including identification of deviations and development and tracking of measures to achieve targets, improve performance and reduce costs
  • Processing of cost accounting, including determination of hourly rates and surcharges for preliminary and final costing as well as inventory valuation
  • Preparing profitability calculations and decision templates as well as business plans to support and advise management
  • Further developing the entire key performance indicator system within the company
  • Coordinating topics and collaborating on projects to increase efficiency with the shared service center accounting
  • Collaborating on European controlling projects

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling
  • Solid professional experience in controlling within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Consulting expertise and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate tasks and reliability
  • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of an ERP system, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP
  • Good English skills
