Your tasks
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, translate business requirements into technical specifications through user stories, and take responsibility for the realization process
- Plan and orchestrate internal testings (including SAP tests) and ensure technical functionality of IT solutions
- Adapt technical solutions to meet country-specific requirements and coordinate rollout activities, training, and support for local teams
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to develop and integrate IoT platforms and technical solutions, ensuring smooth and sustainable project execution
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process transparency and reliability
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention, service response times, and satisfaction post-rollout, while delivering data insights for customer and services success management
- Support project planning, monitor schedules, provide progress reports, and take on project responsibility in interdisciplinary teams
Your profile
- Completed studies (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in (Business) Information Systems, Business Engineering, Economics or Business Administration with a focus on IT/Technology, or a comparable field
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and cooperative work style, enthusiasm for driving projects efficiently in a team environment
- Experience in analyzing, documenting, aligning, and translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, ideally in the context of developing software solutions
- Very good English skills, good German skills (as a bonus) both written and spoken
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and digital tools used in software development - Proactive, self-motivated and independent and structured working style with a confident, approachable demeanor, and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex topics
- Preferred knowledgable working with SAP
- Strong sales focus, problem-solving and organizational skills
