Your tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives
- Lead the cloud adoption process, ensuring smooth migration of applications and services to the cloud
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for cloud-based solutions
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of cloud experts, including cloud architects, platform & security engineers, and developers
- Implement robust security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data
Your profile
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services, architecture, and best practices
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in cloud environments
- Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure
- Preferably experience in medium-sized, internationally organised companies with manufacturing and trading focus
- Good language skills in English; German is advantageous
