Your tasks

  • Designing and developing new machines and systems
  • Designing, planning and carrying out retrofits of existing systems
  • Coordinating implementation, acceptance and commissioning with partners involved
  • Designing parts, assemblies and system components in CAD and creating circuit diagrams
  • Connecting systems and machines to the digital infrastructure
  • Ensuring CE conformity of systems and machines
  • Programming and setting control software on the machines
  • Coordinating projects as part of the job

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies or technician specializing in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or technology management - alternatively a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (at least five years) in the field of machine development and design
  • Initial experience in the fields of process engineering and electrical design is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of CAD design (ideally Solid Edge) and good knowledge of automation technology (ideally TIA Portal)
  • Proven experience in (technical) project management
  • Willingness for occasional European business trips (approx. twice a year)
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)
