Your tasks

  • Development and design of components and systems in the field of e-mobility (charging cables, connectors, charging systems, adapters)
  • Creation of 3D models and 2D drawings
  • Development of concepts through to production-ready, manufacturable designs
  • Collaboration on innovation and development projects related to charging solutions for electric vehicles
  • Selection, design and specification of components and materials
  • Project management in CAD, PDM, and PLM systems
  • Implementation of change management and continuous product optimization

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in engineering, a certification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in design/product development—ideally in the fields of e-mobility, automotive or electrical systems
  • In-depth knowledge of materials and plastics technology, as well as their application in innovative products
  • Experience in the design and specification of technical products, ideally with interfaces to charging infrastructure
  • Proficiency in CAx, PDM, and PLM systems
  • Proficiency in product development processes
  • Good German and English skills
