Your tasks
- Development of cable entry systems
- Coordination of development projects with internal/external partners
- Preparation of technical documentation (production drawings and other technical documentation)
- Co-operation with:
- our own production facilities
- the company's own laboratory
- national and international testing authorities
- all suppliers
- Developing conceptual solutions in discussions with customers and suppliers
- Processing technical complaints and product changes
- Realisation of certifications and approvals
Your profile
- Graduate engineer (BA/FH) or technician with several years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering/precision engineering, mechatronics or plastics technology
- Knowledge of injection moulding (plastic, aluminium or zinc)
- Knowledge of machining and surface coating
- 3D CAD practice (Solid Edge preferred)
- Practised handling of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP
- Experience with certifications / approvals (CE, UL)
- Experience in engineering processes, such as FMEA and quality management
- Experience in the field of tool design and tool construction advantageous
- Knowledge of CADENAS desirable
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team
