Your tasks
- Support and further development of the endpoint management infrastructure in collaboration with global colleagues
- Implementation and integration of new solutions to optimize the infrastructure
- Installation and configuration of end devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones)
- Operation and further development of Windows 11 releases and new features
- Support in the administration of M365 apps, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID
- Management of software deployments, updates, patches, and software packages
- Collaboration on global IT projects and creation of standards
- Collaboration with other IT departments and external service providers
- Creation and maintenance of documentation on system configurations and processes
- Support for end users with technical problems
- Analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems
Your profile
- In-depth knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, operating systems, and software distribution
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Modern Workplace, M365, and Entra ID
- Knowledge of Configuration Manager (SCCM) is an advantage
- Support with modern solutions (device management, endpoint security)
- Experience in client support (Windows 10 & 11) and mass rollouts
- Second-level support for M365 and device management, occasional first-level support
- Scripting skills (PowerShell) are desirable
- Service- and team-oriented thinking
- Good language skills in German and English
