Your tasks
- Planning production orders in terms of quantities and deadlines, taking into account existing production capacities, the order situation and stock levels
- Creating and releasing production orders, orders, creating order confirmations and maintaining master data (work plans, parts lists)
- Target/actual comparison between the planned process and the actual production process
- Reacting to production disruptions, rescheduling and alternative strategies, e.g. in the event of machine malfunctions, tool breakage, material and/or capacity shortages
- Preparing medium and long-term capacity planning and initiating and controlling countermeasures in the event of capacity bottlenecks in coordination with production management
- Interface function between production, purchasing and scheduling (U.I. Lapp)
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training
- 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Sound product and process knowledge
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
- Strong ability to analyze requirements
- Knowledge of change management
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience with the Lapp Operation System or Lean Management
- High ability to manage and competence in knowledge transfer
- Reliability, diligence and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent time and self-management skills
