Your tasks

  • Planning production orders in terms of quantities and deadlines, taking into account existing production capacities, the order situation and stock levels
  • Creating and releasing production orders, orders, creating order confirmations and maintaining master data (work plans, parts lists)
  • Target/actual comparison between the planned process and the actual production process
  • Reacting to production disruptions, rescheduling and alternative strategies, e.g. in the event of machine malfunctions, tool breakage, material and/or capacity shortages 
  • Preparing medium and long-term capacity planning and initiating and controlling countermeasures in the event of capacity bottlenecks in coordination with production management
  • Interface function between production, purchasing and scheduling (U.I. Lapp)

Your profile

  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Sound product and process knowledge
  • Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
  • Strong ability to analyze requirements
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Experience with the Lapp Operation System or Lean Management
  • High ability to manage and competence in knowledge transfer
  • Reliability, diligence and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Excellent time and self-management skills
