Your tasks
- Independent assembly of complex customer-specific box builds according to manufacturing documents
- Crimping of contacts with semi-automatic machines and hand tools and/or soldering of contacts and plugs
- Maintenance of machines and tools
- Maintenance planning
- General support of operations areas for process optimization
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical training, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a technical environment
- In-depth product and process knowledge as well as confident reading and understanding of technical drawings, circuit diagrams and manufacturing documents
- Knowledge of soldering and crimping connection techniques
- Experience with lean management methods and the Lapp Operation System desirable
- High reliability and diligence
- Good written and spoken German
