Your tasks

  • Coordination of People Development in the EMEA region
  • Responsibility for the topic of People Development in Germany
  • Conception and organisation of various personnel development formats, such as training and development measures
  • Supervision of our learning management system
  • Sparring with managers for personnel development
  • Moderation and organisation of training courses and workshops in a digital and face-to-face environment
  • Selection and coordination of trainers (m/f/d)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies (e.g. business administration with specialisation in human resources, psychology, business psychology or adult education)
  • Initial professional experience in the field of personnel and/or management development and project management expertise, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in the design and implementation of modern personnel development tools (online and offline)
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to moderate and high counselling skills at all hierarchical levels
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
