Your tasks

  • Responsibility for global digital service (main focus eKanban) and digital product sales activities in a competitive B2B market
  • Establish direct communication with customers through various channels, ranging from online presentations to offline demonstrations of the promoted services
  • Continuous supervision of service processes to ensure a high service quality
  • Provide support to customers facing questions or issues with promoted digital services/products
  • Active role in the project management of digital services and products to ensure that customer requirements are funneled back into the development pipeline
  • Through thorough documentation of customer insights, work closely with the innovation department on new business opportunities based on real world customer problems and insights (market pull)
  • Responsibility to co-develop a global implementation strategy for sales of digital services

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, marketing, or a related field or comparable degree
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably digital services and digital products in a B2B context
  • Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and innovative work environment
  • Thorough experience with agile working methods and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
  • Highly self-organized working style with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and the dedication to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Enthusiasm to proactively co-create and execute ambitious projects
  • SAP knowledge is beneficial
