Your tasks

Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution partner strategy and distribution program to drive sales and market expansion in close alignment with all internal and external stakeholder -
Ensure above average sales growth of Lapp’s Distribution Business together with countries and Global Online Distribution Management -
Establish long-term, strategic partnerships with selected key distributors, ensuring mutual success and above average sales growth -
Identify new market opportunities and work with partners to penetrate these -
Drive & govern a regular distribution assessment to ensure a homogeneous global distribution landscape -
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance partner performance, including training programs, incentive plans, and marketing support -
Define and drive POS data collection & maintenance process together with all stakeholder -
Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Companies, Global Online Business Marketing Communication, Product Management, Finance and Supply Chain, to align with overall business objectives
Your profile
-
Deep understanding of B2B distribution sales channels and the according market dynamics -
5+ years of experience in distribution partner management, with a focus on the B2B electrical components market, preferable in wires, cables and connectors business -
Proven track record of building and managing successful distribution partnerships, including global partnerships -
Understanding of the different sales channel within B2B sales and the according independencies (omni-channel sales) -
Results-oriented mindset with hands-on mentality, focusing on driving growth and achieving business goals -
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities -
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills -
High level of adaptability and resilience
