Your tasks

Responsibility for the Headquarter (HQ) Controlling of the entities Lapp Holding SE (LHI) and Lapp Service GmbH (LSG). Establishment and further development of a transparent and regular financial reporting and of defined KPIs. Operative and strategic controlling of the respective functions incl. the responsibility for efficiency and process-related improvements.
  • Responsibility for the (further) development of KPIs for the area of HQ Controlling and for the cost planning/forecast of the HQ entities.
  • Sparring partner for the leadership within the HQ entities (incl. Executive Board) through support in the analysis and improvement of KPIs.
  • (Further) development of (cost-)reports and analyses for the HQ entities.            
  • Support of LSG in improving cost transparency for IT and digitalization projects, the respective charge-outs through defined service-level agreements (SLAs), as well as in cash flow analysis and planning.          
  • Responsibility for allocations / charge-outs of LHI costs to the global sales & production entities.
  • Support and responsibility within Group Controlling (FP&A) for other projects and tasks.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on FI/CO, business informatics or similar studies or education
  • 3-5 years professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Excel, as well as Excel VBA, SQL, OLAP databases and SAP HANA
  • Very good oral and written German and English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to structure complex topics
  • Self-confident and decisive personality, who pursues their goals with strong communication skills and great commitment
