Your tasks
- Holistic HR service provision for the production companies together with the HR team
- Contact person for managers on strategic and operational HR issues
- Trusting cooperation with the works council
- Supporting the strategic alignment, standardization and digitalization of our HR processes
- Implementation of and collaboration on strategic HR projects
- Close cooperation and constructive exchange with the other HRBPs
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies with a specialization in human resources or a comparable qualification
- Sound experience as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) both operationally and strategically
- Knowledge of labor law as well as knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement of the metal and electrical industry
- Experience in working with the works council as well as in a manufacturing company
- Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
