Your tasks

  • Responsible for the role as coordinating Cluster HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Production - including topics of the COO LA EMEA, coordination of the HR Business Partners responsible for production/logistics in LA EMEA - especially for overarching topics and projects
  • Initiate and further develop standardized HR processes in LA EMEA that work for all companies (globally) - continuous improvement, support and monitoring of processes
  • Making HR visible in the LA EMEA region, being a sparring partner at eye level, building a network organization within HR LA EMEA 
  • Coordinate regional/global HR projects with the HR managers in the LA EMEA region

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources/organizational development or a comparable degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position in an international company
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to consider the views and interests of others
  • Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
