Your tasks

  • Development and establishment of IT communication strategies such as articles, newsletters, FAQs, and presentations to effectively inform the entire LAPP Group and stakeholders about upcoming changes and innovations
  • Collaboration with the SVP Global IT and the Global IT Leadership Team on the development and implementation of change management strategies, including the creation of communication materials, documentation, and support activities
  • Assessment of the impacts and risks of IT transformations on stakeholders, collaboration, and the organization, as well as the development of appropriate change strategies to support a smooth transition
  • Ensuring efficient information flow within the global IT department by implementing structured internal communication among all teams
  • Regular exchange with the Corporate Communications team, participation in editorial meetings and content discussions, and alignment with existing communication formats and standards at LAPP

  • Supporting global IT teams in the preparation and execution of global events, as well as in the creation of reports and presentations for the management in the areas of change and transformation
  • Execution and promotion of change management activities to transform the global IT into an agile, business- and product-oriented organization, in close collaboration with IT project managers and other relevant teams
     

Your profile

  • Completed degree in communication, business administration, humanities, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in corporate communication, ideally in an IT environment, with expertise in communication strategies, change management, and transformation projects
  • Experience in creating communication materials, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as knowledge of project management methods and change management approaches
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, or chatbots to automate tasks, enhance collaboration, and provide real-time communication
  • Ability to create dynamic content for internal communication, such as newsletters, reports, and video content, using AI tools to optimize and improve clarity
  • Strong organizational skills, including the management of multiple communication topics and ensuring timely delivery of information, as well as the ability to effectively guide teams through changes
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, combined with a team-oriented and cross-departmental working style
  • Proactive approach, high level of commitment, solution orientation, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with various stakeholders
