Your tasks
- You will ensure the successful execution of all program activities. This includes supporting projects and employees, coordinating service providers, maintaining the meeting structure, including Steer-Co meetings at the highest management level, and communicating within the company.
- You will continuously develop the incubator program, which is still in its early stages. This includes implementing standards in methods, designing the HR concept, expanding the external network, and integrating new technologies.
- You are responsible for generating ideas in the incubator program and develop new business ideas for the program through targeted measures. You achieve this by identifying relevant customer problems and analyzing relevant areas for innovation.
- You are the point of contact for the incubation program across the company and globally.
Your profile
- Successfully graduated in business administration, innovation management or a related field.
- Initial experience in the corporate start-up sector desirable
- Knowledge of the lean start-up method: experience in applying lean start-up principles to develop and validate new business ideas.
- A high degree of creativity, commitment, responsibility and determination, as well as flexibility
- Good knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as very good written and spoken German and English
