Your tasks

  • Supporting the implementation of the global Lean strategy in collaboration with various internal stakeholders
  • Helping to build and develop a network of local Lean experts, as well as fostering international exchange among these experts through a community
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of national and international Lean projects and workshops in the areas of production, logistics, and administration
  • Implementing, documenting, and tracking improvement measures
  • Contributing to the creation of training materials, simulations, and presentations on Lean methods
  • Supporting the delivery of national and international training and coaching sessions for employees
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of the annual virtual “Global Gemba Walk Kaizens”
  • Collaborating with the Global Business Process Management and Global Process Consultancy teams to ensure the application of global standards 

Your profile

  • A college degree, preferably in economics, engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on business administration, or a completed technical/commercial vocational training program with several years of professional experience
  • Initial professional experience in process management or Lean, including the associated change processes in an industrial setting
  • Alternatively, initial professional experience in management consulting in the field of Lean Management
  • Theoretical and practical experience in the areas of Lean Administration and Lean Operations
  • Solid knowledge of Lean methods and tools; ideally, initial practical project experience
  • Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a strong hands-on mentality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with intercultural competence
  • Presentation and facilitation skills in an international work environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a passion for actively shaping improvement processes
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office
