The position is a fixed-term contract ending on March 31, 2028.

Your tasks

  • Carrying out preference calculations for the Lapp Group’s European production facilities
  • Obtaining long-term supplier’s declarations (LSDs)
  • Preparing individual supplier’s declarations (ISDs) and long-term supplier’s declarations for our customers
  • Preparing and requesting certificates of origin
  • Assisting the export department with the processing of shipments to third countries
  • Regular review of the tariff classification of Lapp products

Your profile

  • Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • Several years’ professional experience in export processing or customs management is desirable
  • Working knowledge of SAP GTS and SAP S/4 Hana is desirable
  • Strong analytical thinking and process orientation
  • A structured, independent, goal-oriented and team-oriented approach to work
  • Commitment, flexibility and initiative
  • Customer focus and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Lotus Notes
  • Good written and spoken English
