Your tasks

  • Achieving the strategic goal of highly competitive logistics through the use of digitalization and a high degree of automation
  • Process optimization and automation in the logistics environment to further standardize operations
  • A fundamental focus on AI solutions that make sense in the medium and long term in terms of productivity gains and increased cost efficiency
  • The starting point is the processes in Operations (Logistics Center) and SAP
  • Other IT solutions currently in use must be reviewed and integrated holistically

Your profile

  • Experience and expertise in AI and databases to implement solutions within logistics—particularly in operations and logistics centers (LCs)
  • Experience and knowledge of logistics processes at LAPP, including the physical processes in the LC across all areas: goods receiving, cutting, and the picking and shipping processes, as well as planning processes
  • Additionally, knowledge of SAP and the modules relevant to logistics
  • Experience in creating key performance indicators
  • Analytical experience to identify process weaknesses and inefficiencies
