Your tasks

  • Support in the implementation and further development of logistics processes and related systems in the SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM environment
  • Execution of system and integration tests
  • Independent analysis and design of logistics processes
  • Support and management of process changes from requirements gathering through to successful implementation in operations
  • Monitoring and control of operational processes and material flows to ensure smooth operations
  • Analysis and optimization of process parameters to increase productivity
  • Initiation of measures for process and material flow optimization
  • Coordination and communication as the interface between operational logistics, central logistics, IT, and external service providers
  • Point of contact for disruptions and deviations in operational processes
  • Identification, analysis, and resolution of system-related issues, as well as maintenance and support of logistics hardware systems
  • Documentation and communication of incidents and initiation of measures to prevent future disruptions
  • Preparation of reports and statistics on operational KPIs, as well as systematic documentation of processes and changes
  • Support in ensuring compliance with quality standards and requirements

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in logistics or a related field
  • Experience with process control and monitoring systems
  • Knowledge of material flow systems and conveyor technology (MFS) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, and MS Office
  • Technical understanding of logistics hardware systems
  • Ability to understand, monitor, and intervene in automated warehouse processes when disruptions occur
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational abilities, and resilience
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good German and English language skills
