Your tasks
- The current management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) is maintained in a pragmatic manner and modernized in a targeted way, without burdening the organization with non-value-adding work
- You support the maintenance and further development of additional certifications (e.g., ATEX, KBA, KTA, EcoVadis) and are open to integrating new requirements or standards into the existing system in a meaningful way as needed
- You conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits and management reviews, and ensure that nonconformities and opportunities for improvement are not only documented but actually implemented and utilized
- You will work closely with the functional departments and support them in translating requirements into practical, understandable guidelines—always with a focus on the concrete benefits for the company
- Initially, you will receive close guidance on the subject matter to quickly understand the company-specific context. After that, you will work largely independently and proactively
Your profile
- Extensive professional experience in managing management systems—at least ISO 9001, ideally also ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001
- In-depth understanding of IATF requirements (ideally with practical experience)
- Knowledge of other standards or certifications (e.g., ATEX, EcoVadis, etc.) is a plus but not required
- Key mindset: You always prioritize practical benefits over formal compliance. Even with a strong knowledge of the standards, you maintain a clear view of which requirements add value in the specific business context and which would merely create administrative overhead without measurable added value
- Good judgment and strong discernment—you recognize what can be realistically and effectively implemented in our organization without overburdening the structures
- Strong communication skills: You convey complex concepts in a simple, understandable, and convincing manner
- Openness to change and a passion for not only maintaining an existing system but also specifically making it more future-proof and streamlined
