Your tasks

  • Managing and delivering projects, events, and networking activities aimed at fostering German-Indian relations
  • Representing the Honorary Consulate and building, maintaining, and expanding a sustainable network across business, politics, culture, and society
  • Taking responsibility for internal and external communications, including public relations, newsletters, the website, and social media channels
  • Coordinating delegations and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and institutional partners
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for German authorities, representatives of the Indian diaspora, and members of the consular corps
  • Supporting the Honorary Consul in strategic, organizational, and administrative matters, as well as overseeing and further developing the Indian Business Center Stuttgart
  • Managing the day-to-day office operations and providing professional guidance and support to interns and working students in Stuttgart

Your profile

  • Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Relations, Political Science, Communications, or a related field 
  • Relevant professional experience in project and event management, ideally within an international environment 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with high intercultural competence and a strong affinity for India 
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style 
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and service orientation, as well as willingness to travel domestically and internationally 
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with content management systems (CMS) is an advantage
