Your tasks

  • Responsible management and future-oriented further development of a modern production and maintenance department with approx. 80 employees in coordination with interface departments (e.g. technology, logistics)
  • Disciplinary and technical management of the team and further development of a sustainable HR strategy in production and maintenance in cooperation with the works council
  • Planning, optimizing and monitoring all production processes, guaranteeing product quality and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
  • Developing production strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs and implementing exciting projects to further develop our production and maintenance department
  • Analyzing key production figures and preparing regular reports for management
     

Your profile

  • Completed technical or business studies (e.g. in the fields of economics, metal processing, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, plant engineering)
  • Several years of experience as a production or manufacturing manager (m/f/d) in a medium-sized company as well as a strong leadership personality
  • A practiced eye for key figures, profitability and KPIs
  • Strong fluency and communication skills in German and English
  • Assertiveness/organizational skills as well as strong decision-making skills and an eye for the big picture
