Your tasks

  • Development, implementation & optimization of Manufacturing processes for electrotechnical components
  • Ensuring an efficient production start-up
  • Analysis and improvement of existing production production processes to increase efficiency
  • Introduction of new technologies and automation solutions into production
  • Support with the selection and implementation of new production systems & processes
  • Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and product engineering
  • Documentation of manufacturing processes, creation of work instructions and methodical support for production

Your profile

  • Completed training as an electronics technician, electrician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in production or process development an advantage
  • Experience with lean management methods and continuous process improvement
  • Knowledge of control and automation automation technology an advantage
  • Technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
