Your tasks

  • Coordinating and executing the entire order management process: processing customer inquiries and orders, calculating prices, creating and sending quotes and order confirmations
  • Coordinating delivery dates with customers
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and building close relationships with them
  • Coordinating customer inquiries with the relevant sales engineer
  • Maintaining customer and product master data
  • Acting as an interface between product engineering, production and shipping

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally experience in the cable assembly industry
  • Understanding of the company's products and services
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (Navision or similar)
  • Good German and English skills
  • High reliability and meticulous working style
